This database contains indicators of the major points in North Carolina’s educational pipeline from high school graduation through postsecondary completion. These indicators are critical transition points, and future progress is often dependent on success at each point. Moreover, they are research-validated; peer-reviewed social science research highlights these transition points as vulnerable periods for students and key opportunities for potential interventions.
